Vibehub Attribution Covenant

1. Vibehub records the original poster as the idea source.
2. A linked Vibehub build preserves a canonical credit link to that source.
3. Builders retain rights to their original implementation, subject to the repository license and any separate signed agreement.
4. Attribution alone creates no equity, payment, exclusivity, IP transfer, partnership, employment, patent rights, or endorsement.

Vibehub keeps a timestamped idea-source record, a public build lineage, contributor roles, and evidence links. A linked project should preserve its canonical Vibehub project URL in the project page, repository README, or another durable public location when practical.

An idea-source record is provenance, not a claim that someone owns an abstract idea. Attribution receipts record roles and evidence; they are not money, securities, equity, royalties, wages, or a percentage of intellectual property.

Similarity checks are advisory. Earlier work, independent creation, and overlapping ideas can coexist. Users may attach evidence or report misleading attribution; Vibehub can mark a record disputed, corrected, or superseded without erasing its history.
